📌 Rules & Regulations

• The said championship is going to be conducted by the designated committee under the aegis of the Swimming Federation of India.  
• All events of the championship will be held in a 50 m (long course pool) and in accordance with the latest World Aquatics Masters rules 2025 for aquatics and in compliance with the SFI circulars for the 21st Masters National Aquatic Championship—2025. 
• The SFI UID card is compulsory. To register, visit www.swimming.org.in
• All events will be conducted on a time trial basis only. 
• Swimmers found to have submitted incorrect or falsified birth documents shall be disqualified and barred from all future championships or competitions.
• Those competitors who infringe the WORLD AQUATICS Masters rules are liable for disqualification. 
• The referee’s decision will be final and binding in all matters. 
• Swimming events will be conducted with “ONE START.” 
• All starts will be “OVER THE HEAD.” 
• A protest has to be lodged within 30 minutes of the declaration of the result by the team manager only in accordance with World Aquatics & SFI rules, with a protest fee of ₹2,000/- only. The decision of the Jury of Appeal Committee and the Chief Referee shall be binding upon all the participants. 
• SFI UID / Birth certificate / Aadhaar card / age proof should be submitted with the entry form and should be carried on the day of competition and should be produced whenever it is demanded by the officials. 
• Participants will be taking part in the competition at their own risk. 
• Events will be conducted separately for men and women. 
• A swimmer shall be allowed to enter a maximum of 4 individual events. 

Age Group Structure

• Minimum Age Limit: 25 years and above.
• Cut-off Date for Age Classification: The actual Age of competitor as on 31st December 2025.
• Age Groups For:
  • Individual Events: 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and above.
  • Relay Events: based on total Age of the team members in whole years. 100-119, 120-159, 160-199, 200-239, 240-279, 280-319, 320-359
