Entries

• Swimmers must complete registrations online and make payments offline.
• Late entry or change of entries on deck will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• Competitor Accreditation Card will be issued at reporting counter on competition venue. The total amount of entry fee shall be paid for each swimmer individually as per his/her entry form. Fee of ₹200/- for each individual event, ₹300/- for each relay team & ₹200/- registration fees per Swimmer are payable in Cash.
• Entry forms without Entry Fees will not be accepted.
• Entries for any Entry Fee that remains unpaid, and a competitors Accreditation card is not issued, will not be permitted to participate. Entry Fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Entry Forms along with Entry Fees in the prescribed format and supporting documents will be received by the following not later than the entry deadline.

Rules

• The said championship is going to be conduct by the designated committee under the aegis of the Swimming Federation of India.
• All events will be conducted on Time Trial Basis only.
• Swimmers who produce wrong Birth Proof (if proved) will be banned from further Championships / Competitions.
• Those competitors who infringe the WORLD AQUATICS rules are liable for disqualification.
• Referee’s decision will be the Final in all matters.
• Swimming events will be conducted with “ONE START”.
• Protest has to be lodged within 30 minutes of the declaration of result by the Team Manager only in accordance with World Aquatics & SFI Rules, with a Protest Fees of ₹2,000/- only. The decision of the Jury of Appeal Committee and the Chief Referee shall be binding upon all the competitors.
• Registration fee is non-refundable if a participant decides not to attend for whatever reasons.

Important Instructions

1. Birth certificate / Aadhaar card / age proof should be submitted with the entry and should be carried on the competition day and should be produced whenever it is demanded by the officials.
2. All events will be conducted on Time Trial basis.
3. Participants will be taking part in the competition on their own risk.
4. Participants will be able to take part in any number of events in his respective age group of Lower Age Group & a Senior Swimmer shall be allowed to enter a maximum of 5 Individual events.
5. Events will be conducted separately for Boys and Girls.
6. Referee’s decision will be the final.
7. Lodging and Boarding: Players are required to make their own arrangements.

Awards & Recognition

• Medals will be awarded for First 3 Winners of the Individual Events subject to minimum entries.
• E-Merit Certificates will be awarded to the top 3 winners in Senior Individual Events.
• E-Merit Certificate will be awarded to the top 6 winners in Lower Age Group Individual Events.
• E-Merit Certificate will be awarded to the top 3 winners of Relay Events.
• E-Participation Certificate will be awarded for all Participants.
• Best Swimmers Trophy will be awarded to Best Swimmer of each group in both Boys & Girls and Men & Women Separately.
